- Email address — when you join the waitlist or create an account.
- Name — optionally provided during account registration.
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details.
- Invoice and client data — data you enter into the RemindPal app.

- IP address — for security and fraud prevention.
- Browser type and version — to optimise the service.
- Pages visited and time spent — to understand how the service is used.
- Referral source — to understand how you found us.
How we use it
We use your personal data only for the following purposes:

Retention

- Waitlist emails — until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- Account data — for the duration of your account, plus 30 days after closure.
- Invoice/client data — deleted upon account closure or deletion request.
- Analytics data — retained in anonymised form for up to 24 months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have rights regarding your personal data, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
