RemindPal (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by RemindPal, based in the United Kingdom. We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details.
  • Invoice and client data — data you enter into the RemindPal app.

  • Pages visited and time spent — to understand how the service is used.
  • Referral source — to understand how you found us.

Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Waitlist emails — until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Account data — for the duration of your account, plus 30 days after closure.
  • Invoice/client data — deleted upon account closure or deletion request.
  • Analytics data — retained in anonymised form for up to 24 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have rights regarding your personal data, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
